I want to place an order for my company or an event.  What should I do?
Before placing an order or getting a price quote, you will need to decide on the following:

  • The type of item you would like to order.  If you are not sure about the type of product you need, please visit our PRODUCTS page for options.
  • Color of item
  • Quantity of the order
  • Do you have a design or a logo to provide us?  If you have one, then you can email it to us when placing your order.  If you don't, our creative designers can create one for you.
  • Will your order be screen printed or embroidered?
  • When is the due date for your order?

What if I do not see the product I want in the PRODUCTS section of this website?
Our company has access to almost all manufacturers of apparel, caps, promotional and service industry products.  Just let us know what you need, and we will get it for you.  For clients with unique needs, we are also capable of providing domestic as well as offshore manufacturing of specialty items.

How does the order process work?

  • You place your order and give us the artwork to be used on your project.  If you don't have one, we can create one for you.
  • We email or fax you the details of your order, ie: Item, quantity, print details, cost, ship to address, and etc.
  • You review and approve the details of your order.
  • Upon receipt of your approval, we start the production process. Time to complete orders vary depending on the type of order.  Our company has some of the fastest production times in our industry.  We greatly care for our clients, and work diligently to meet all deadlines.
  • Once the order is completed, we ship it to you.

How do I keep track of my order?
Being accessible and informative is very important to us. We strive to offer the best personalized customer service experience to our clients.  We promptly inform our clients of anything that requires their attention, and we send notifications on ship dates.
